This were so easy to make and so delicious to eat! My boyfriend and I make them all the time now. We tried several variations to the recipe: wheat flour is a big no-no! Tastes terrible! But adding a little vanilla or almond extract really enhanced the flavor. I would also suggest trying different fillings... the “Lemon Snow” was really good as well as the “Chocolate Banana” filling.

just made up a batch. My boyfriends mom makes something like this for him all the time. I have tried a couple other recipes on this site, in hopes of duplicating the "pancakes" she makes, and finally I have found the one. I added a bit extra sugar and some vanilla.excellent recipe... I always thought crepes were difficult to make, but now I know better :P thanks for sharing

This recipe brings me back to French class in high school. :) Great and simple recipe for crepes. I love topping these with Nutella, sliced strawberries, and a swirl of whipped cream. Thanks!

Good recipe, but it lacked a little something. Added some vanilla and it turned out well. Didn't have fresh fruit on hand so I used strawberry jam and ice cream.

This makes a perfect crepe recipe, and PLENTY for a 4 person family. We like to try all different stuff in it...like bananas and nutelly with whipping cream, honey, jams, etc. Just a fun and delicious treat for breakfast. My kids love them. I sometimes add vanilla to the mix if we are doing sweet toppings.

I made these with shredded cheddar and sliced turkey breast, served with maple syrup, just as we had at Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Then I made dessert with the remaining crepes with caramel cream filling from a jar, topped with ice cream. Delicious, and you get two courses with one recipe. I'm an ex-Montrealer, and have been on a quest to find authentic crepes in the area. These are they!

I made them for breakfast for my family, and everyone enjoyed them. I added 1/2tsp Vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon like other people suggested and they were delicious. Only complaint was that my grandpa said they were too moist, too chewy, and too thin, but that's because he thought he was eating pancakes.

So good! I halved the recipe to feed four people for a raclette and we all got at least four! Used Nutella, jam, sugar and lemon, and brown sugar as toppings - and all were great! This is a keeper!

Great recipe! Easy and made perfect crepes! I added 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla Extract to the batter. I mixed Fat- Free cream cheese and Fat-Free whipped topping together and filled the crepes, added bananas and strawberries. Kids loved them!

This recipe is great. My Mom used to make us "sugar" crepes. You just sprinkle a little sugar and roll them up, terribly unhealthy but SO good.
