VERY easy! I added a dash of vanilla flavoring since I was using a sweet filling. I wouldn't do that if I was using a savory filling. They cooked up perfectly. Will definitely make again!

Everyone in my bridge club loved this recipe. I made the crepes in advance and kept them in the refrigerator (on a plate, in layers, with wax paper between each crepe and then wrapped the stack with saran wrap to keep them fresh). Then, a couple hours before my guests arrived, I put the crepes together and returned them to the fridge until ready to serve. This recipe made thin, round, sturdy crepes that were perfect. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

In a word...Phenominal! Just like they were made at a restaurant! I have so many meals planned around these gems! And they do freeze well, too!

These were awesome, I did everything as is and they turned out great. I used 1 banana and 1 vanilla instant pudding mixed together. and fresh strawberries for the fillings!

OMG, I never write reviews but these were so good and so easy that I just had to write. I was skeptical because they were so easy. I put cherry preserves and cream cheese in mine with some whipped cream on top...frightfully good!

Great texture, the batter had more eggs than I usually use. I also melted white chocolate chips (.25c) in the place of sugar. nice recipe!

I made this for the first time this morning quick before my husband left for work. Fantastically easy and very tasty. I took frozen peaches and mangos and thawed them in the microwave and then simmered them on low with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon for about 45 minutes last night and then rewarmed the fruit in the microwave this morning.
