This has become my standard crepe recipe. I absolutely love it and it's so simple to make. It's wonderful for breakfast or dessert (or dinner when I'm craving easy comfort!) I half the recipe for myself and have stuffed with fruit and yogurt, or had it with syrup. I do add a dash of cinammon and vanilla to the batter. Very delightful delicious crepes.

Delicious and so easy! I folded fresh fruit and honey into the crepes, drizzled with chocolate syrup on top - fantastic!

Pretty good crepes. I added a teaspoon of Hazelnut Flavouring to the batter and made a mixed berry fruit filling. They rolled up nice and I topped with whipped cream.

This recipe was GREAT! I thought it would be hard, but it was seriously easy. And they taste absolutely wonderful!! Just make sure that you use a teflon coated pan, and to keep the crepes, when they are done, and while still cooking the others, in the oven to keep warm. They did reheat great though when I put the leftovers in the fridge. I just put Nutella and whipped cream on mine and cant get enough of them!

Very good! I have tried a few other crepe recipes and this one is by far the best. I added a splash of vanilla extract to the mix and when they were done I just sprinkled powdered sugar on them and rolled them up and they were perfect!

I was very nervous to try making crepes because they seem so delicate but, they were stronger than I thought. They were delicious! Very easy, very fast. This recipe will bring friends over once a week for a "crepe night"!

When I saw the recipe for this I was really excited. I found the already made ones at the store and they were quite expensive....these were so much cheaper and they tasted better. Thank you for a delicious recipe. I use them to make just about anything for the filling. Thanks.

Amazing. I use this all the time because it has never failed me. A friend tried to skimp on the butter but hers did not turn out well. I have tried margarine instead of butter and that works but the taste surely suffers. (no true buttery taste) Definitely add vanilla extract. These FREEZE very well and have often rescued me when I have unexpected guests. Sounds like a lot of eggs but actually does not have an eggy taste to it. I have also used the recipe for bacon/asparagus wraps. Also, I have put in salt/pepper, goat cheese, roasted red peppers and portabellos to make it a crepe sandwich wrap...DELICIOUS!
