2 1/2 cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add noodles with contents of seasoning packets, chicken, peas and corn. Cook, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender. Stir in the mushrooms; heat through.

Made it for the two kids i take care of because there was nothing in the house really for groceries, but i managed to scrounge up the ingrediants... they didnt really like it... well the one ate it, but he eats next to anyting, the other picked the chicken out... i found it needed alot of spices to add some flavor... very bland... i added pepper myself, and it still wasnt enough...

I made this for my kids and my fiance and they loved it. It's great for days when you don't have a whole lot of time. I cooked the chicken the night before and made the rest when I got home from work. Saved so much time!!
