This is a great recipe, I did change a couple things though. I used a whole stick of butter and also added 1 package of cream cheese. I used 1/4 cup of raw onion and 1/4 cup of chopped cooked bacon. I cooked this in the crockpot for 4 hours. YUM! Used this for Christmas dinner and the whole family raved about it.

This was very watery, but I was in such a rush today, I honestly think I may have left out the thickener, the flour. Was very easy to make, looked nice on the table, and the flavor was good. Definitely will try this again (but not on a Holiday).

I'm not a big scalloped corn fan but I did like this recipe. Not sure I'll be making it again but if I did I think I would use fresh or frozen corn instead of canned.

I cut this in half for our small family but I thought it was excellent and it turned out to be the only thing that I served that had no leftovers! A great way to change up regular old canned corn.

This recipe was a family pleaser at our house. This was the first thing to be finished which was a shocker because our kids won't eat veggies well. Poor mashed potatoes must have wondered what was going on as they are usually the first to go. It was very flavorful and in our opinion way better than your average bland scalloped corn. We will be making this one again and again! Thank you!! Note: we 1/4ed the recipe for our small family

I tampered with tradition and tried this deluxe version of scalloped corn for Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately my family (especially my son) did NOT like this version of it.

My husband introduced me to scalloped corn-it was always a little to boring for me, so I didn't make it very often. I tried this new twist and we both loved it. I served it at Thanksgiving and it was the first thing gone! Great recipe!
