Ingredients

  • 4 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
