Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum or almond extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 pecan halves

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk, pudding mix, sour cream and extract. Whisk until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in pecans, if desired. Spoon into four bowls. Top with pecan halves if desired.
