Very, very yummy. A little too soft, but they practically melted in my mouth, which is not such a bad thing... I baked them for 8 minutes at 375 degrees, and next time I'll try 9 minutes.
I substituted sweet unsalted butter for the shortening, and used a full cup of chunky peanut butter. It made 39 cookies. Next time I will double the recipe, because I know they'll go like lightning !
