The only thing I did different was I used a whole cup of Peanut Butter, not 3/4 and it was awesome! They were very easy to make and I'll definately use this recipe again. I find them a little flaky around the edges but very soft in the middle. YUM! Thanks, this will be added to my recipe box :-)

I would have said only 3 stars with the recipe as is. However, I added more peanut butter and it was really good. I criss-crossed the top with a sugar coated fork also. I think next time, I will substitute pet milk for added richness.

Yum, yum, yum!! These cookies were great and very easy to make. I had my 11 and 4 year olds help too and we loved the outcome. I found it easier to make small balls and then flatten them with a fork dipped in sugar.I am going to make a whole new batch to treat my husband and his fellow soldiers before the head out on a field exercise! ~Cynthia~

These cookies came out great--not too sweet or oily. I added some mini M&Ms to some, some mini Reese's Pieces to others, and made a dozen "Blossoms" with Hershey Kisses. Yum! I do recommend flattening them out a bit before baking, though. They don't spread out quite enough if you leave them in balls.

I've been searching for a peanut butter cookie recipe that turns out soft and chewy cookies, that have a great peanut butter taste, but are not overly rich. This recipe hits the mark! Thank you!

The end product was pretty good but, the cookies did not stay together very well. You had to be very gentle with them or they would crumble all over. I will probably make these ones again as the end result of them is worth it!.

These are the best peanut butter cookies ever. This is the same recipe my family has used forever. They are soft and chewy. I do roll these in one inch balls and criss cross them with a fork dipped in sugar. Perfect everytime. No need to look further!!

Loved them! Deffinently the best peanut butter cookie recipe i have ever had. I replaced the milk with 2-3 tablespoons water and one table spoon of sour cream. I also used one cup brown sugar and a little over half a cup white sugar. I added tiny, tiny bit more vanilla but one tablespoon is a good amount I'd say. I put in a cup of peanut butter instead as well.

Fantastic! Had to subsitute bread flour for the all-purpose flour and water for the milk and they still turned out GREAT! baked up really nicely at 350. But if you don't like brown sugar in your peanut butter cookies, you probably won't like em!
