This is a great soup! The first time I made it, it was not thick enough. I read a review stating that to thicken, you must stir the flour/butter/milk roux mixture for at LEAST 5 minutes. So the second time I made it, I added a bit more flour to it (1 more TBSP) and stirred about 10 minutes to be SURE it got good and thick before I added it to the soup. I also added 3/4 package of bacon. This will be a regular recipe for me! Pretty easy and super good!
