this egg salad is actually very delicious!...i did substitute the green onions with bacon bits...to give it a little bit of crunch and just because i don't care for onions in egg salad. spread this on some toast and add a tomato...and yum yum! thanks for the great recipe. will be making this again. a great quick and easy lunch.

Yum! I had a ton of hard boiled eggs and got a craving for egg salad. This is the best combo and amount. I did add some celery and dill, but before I added it, it was yummy! My husband is looking forward to having some for lunch tomorrow.

I made this just how it was written, except I made 6 servings rather than 4. It tastes FABULOUS! I don't think I'll make another egg salad again.

Great base for a good eggs salad sammach! I added dill pickle relish and a splash of white vinegar for a little zing. Sometimes I add a sprinkle of parm when I'm in the mood. It's my absolute favorite sandwhich!

This was really good basic egg salad. I added celery for some crunch, might also chop some pickles to add next time. Used white onion instead of green. Ate on whole wheat bread with some romaine lettuce. Very good. Will definitely make again.

i really enjoy this simple recipe! i add chopped celery & pickles and also use a spicy yellow mustard (with habaneros & scotch bonnet peppers!).

Definitely a great "base" recipe for egg salad! I know what I like in an egg salad, but needed some general measurements for the base ingredients like mayo and mustard and this recipe was perfect. I ended up adding in some chopped dill pickle with a little bit of pickle juice added in as well, onion powder instead of green onions (I didn't have any) and a little bit of garlic powder. Loved the paprika in this too!
