Changes to fit my liking: I halved the recipe and just cooked the 2 chicken breasts in a pan, then chopped. I still used 1 cup cooked brown rice, 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and I used 3/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs with 1/4 stick of melted butter for the topping. I also threw in half a small bag of frozen mixed veggies.
