A good starter recipe for a vegetarian meal. I do think it's a bit bland so I up the jalapeno significantly. The cream cheese cuts the heat. Very good warmed up as well.

Good but had to make without the jalepenos. Mixture was a bit dry on the tongue. Would have been better with some salsa. I think it could take some green pepper too to add to the flavor and color...maybe half and half with the red. Also, I think I will add some shredded cheddar next time.

Very Yummy. My husband was very skeptical when he saw it, but I even got the thumbs up from him. I didn't have any jalapeno peppers on hand, so I used some diced green chiles instead. Will be making again.

SO TASTY! They taste great just the way the recipe is written, although I found I had way too much filling for just two burritos.

This recipe is really easy and delicious. I substituted cream cheese for sour cream and light shredded cheese. This is one of my husbands favorite meals. Would make an excellent dip as well.

I made this for the first time 2 wks ago and my hubby LOVED it..he couldn't stop raving about how good it is and can't wait until i make it again. The only change i made was use green peppers instead of red pepper (that's what i had on hand) but it turned out to be creamy and yummy..will def. make this again

This was fabulous. Like some other reviewers, I used green chiles instead of jalapenos and added about a half-can of Rotel tomatoes to the filling mix. I also added juice from half a lime. I added Mexican rice and made some fresh pico de gallo with avocado to put on top. I am not typically a good cook but am trying to learn...and I was AMAZED at how good these turned out. In fact, I'm about to finish them off for dinner tonight!! Yum!!

Very delicious! My hubby said it'd be good with shrimp or crab, but I'm not a seafood person, so I couldn't say... Thanks for this recipe!

We had these this past week for the first time and they were excellent. But I did change up the recipe quite a bit. We cooked dried black beans (2 lbs - since we have a family of 6) I then added 8 oz cream cheeze, and a can of rotel tomatoes along with our favorite spces - cumin, garlic, chili pepper, salt and pepper. I blended this in the mixer and then made them into burritos. My family absolutely loved these and we now have a new burrito recipe.

Sooo good!!!!!! I followed some other suggestions and added some cumin, red pepper flakes, and a little more salt. I tripled the recipe and will use the rest for leftovers and a yummy dip. Thanks!!

Oh my gosh these were fantastic! I was hesitant about the cream cheese (due to high-fat content), but I cut it down and used a light version. Also, used what I had on hand. Didn't have cilantro or bell pepper; didn't miss the bell pepper but definitely will make sure to get cilantro next time. I used a can of diced tomatoes (w/spices) as another reviewer suggested. Also froze leftovers and they were the best take-to-work lunch I've ever had. I added some leftover cooked chicken and some spanish rice to mine as well. It's a great basic recipe and you can add/omit stuff to your own taste. Thanks for the post!
