We love this recipe! I add diced cooked chicken into the skillet at the same time I add the cream cheese.

This was easy and nutritious. Flavor wasn't great, hence the 4 stars. I had to add some of that spreadable cheese in a garlic and herb flavor, which really helped. I actually used the leftover filling to go with rice as a side dish for fajitas...the beans were long gone!

Super good. I did make a few changes to accomodate what I had on hand, but this is a solid recipe. I didn't have any red peppers or jalapenos (my garden is not cooperating!), so I just threw in a small can of diced green chiles. Very, very good. Thank you!

These were tasty and easy. Serve with salsa for more moisture (or add more cream cheese).

Yummy - these were good and easy - daughter loved them. Hubby who is not a fan of black beans said they were okay and he did comment that they 'stuck with him'. I liked them.

Very tasty! I took some of the advice from others and added in a handful of leftover canned corn that I had lying in the fridge, along with some leftover rotel that I had in the freezer. I'm not a vegetarian but did enjoy this dish, although I think in the future I may add some chicken to it, to have another form of protein in it. I also threw some shredded cheese and a bit of sour cream onto the top of it before I rolled it up. All and all very tasty and I will be making it again!

Mmm muy delicioso! I've been craving Mexican lately (actually I'm always cravin Mexican) and everyone agreed that these hit the spot! I was wary of the cream cheese but didn't taste it. I added one diced tomato, a can corn kernels and a sprinkle of cumin. YUM! =)

Good but not fantastic. They really need the cilantro or they won't have any flavor. I think I'm going to add cumin to the leftovers and maybe some diced tomato to punch it up a bit.

A+ to this recipe. My little picky eater even likes the Burritos. I was very thrilled to see that she ate all of her food. I also love that this is a quick and easy meal to make.

i love these. i add some cayenne and cumin to the mix, and i normally use green peppers instead of red, because that's what i usually have on hand.

AWESOME! I put frozen corn, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt, and green/yellow peppers in mine and it turned out just right. Microwave the tortillas instead of baking them.

I made a triple recipe and customized it based on my tastes. Along with the base ingredients, I added about a cup and a half of cooked rice, a couple cups of salsa, and chili powder and cumin. Thinking that this was looking like a pretty healthy meal, I decided to omit the cream cheese and instead added just a little shredded cheddar to the whole wheat wraps I used. I also was able to cut way down on the salt. A triple recipe prepared this way made enough to feed my neighborhood, but it turned out excellent.
