My husband loved these and so did I. I didn't follow the recipe exactly though. I needed to use up some leftover grilled meat and added it to the mix. It was so good with the meat added, I'm almost sorry I did so because now I'm not sure I'll like it as much without the meat. Although, now I have a recipe to use up that last little bit of grilled meat. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

I’m a vegetarian but rest of my family is not. So I always look for something that we all could eat. (not making 2 or 3 different meals at night to please everyone.) I loved this recipe as it is. But for my husband, no. It didn’t have that much flavor. So second time when I made this, I add taco seasoning, He liked it but still it wasn't so great. Third time, I add hamburger meat and taco seasoning. He loved it! Thanks you for sharing this recipe!!

These were delicious! Only thing different I did was to double the cream cheese and add a few more spices like cumin etc. Everyone who was over loved them and they are so easy to make:)

Very easy. I added Rotel and Uncle Ben's Ready Whole Grain Medley Santa Fe rice. Leftovers great for lunch the next day.

These were good, but much better with some changes. I added a garlic clove to the cream cheese as well as a teaspoon of cumin and then layered on some drained canned corn, avocado slices and diced tomatoes - delish!

I did not expect to like it that much but did not know what else to have. I left out the Jalapino and cilantro because of my wife's preference but we both loved them. One receipe (15 oz can) filled the two tortillos so we used a knife and fork. Marge added sour cream to her's, I ate mine as is. We both loved them. Thanks for something new and delicious for us.

Yumola! This is a great recipe! I did double it and it made five burritos for us. I did add about 2 tsp. of cumin. I do think that corn would add a nice touch next time. This is a keeper! Thanks for posting.

Instead of canned whole black beans, try canned "Refried Black Beans" made by Ducal brand. You may have to look for them at a Hispanic Market although Publix may carry it. It is worth the effort!

Super easy and very delicious. I think it was ready in under 15 minutes. I didn't have the jalapenos, but can't wait to try it again when I do. This will be a staple in our house - our 2 year old scarfed them!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I skipped the jalapeno, but my husband added some salsa to his. It made 5 small 7-inch burritos. Next time, I'll add some rice to bulk up the filling.

my husband and I loved this recipe. I did change a few things..added salt, juice of a lime, a can of mexican corn, and doubled the rest of the ingredients. The leftovers I smashed and reheated the next day as dip for football watching...yummy.

MMMM! I didn't follow this recipe exactly by any means but it was so good!!! First of all my onion had black mold on it so I had to throw it way...So i used almost a whole bell pepper instead. I also added extra jalepeno because I like spicy food and I love the taste of jalepeno. I used my mini chopper to get everything minced fine because I didn't want to crunch on anything. I added a whole can plain diced tomatoes too (without chilis hence the extra jalepeno). I also used the seasoned recipe black beans and only drained off half the juice w/o rinsing because I almost forgot to do so. I heard people say it was bland so I added a little cajun seasoning along with the a little xtra salt to add flavor. The cream cheese addition is PHENOMENAL. It came out spicy and creamy and flavorful and delicious. Next time i would use a little less tomato and use onion..But they were awesome! I'm a vegetarian in college so easy recipes are always appreciated.

Absolutely delicious and so easy! I had them ready in less than 15 minutes! I doubled the recipe and I skipped the jalapenos, salt (black beans have enough sodium as it is), and the cilantro since I'm not a fan and just added some taco seasoning and a little chili powder with the onions and peppers, it was what I had on hand and it tasted good too. Just for simplicity I added a whole 8oz package of cream cheese instead of 6oz and they came out great. Make sure you drain the beans very well, it helps make the mixture less liquidy and therefore eating them is easier and not as messy. I will definitely be adding these to my recipe box, yum!

This isn't 100% accurate, as I was missing some ingredients and I had some steak that I sauteed in oil and taco seasoning, but it was a winner either way! Thank You!

These are great burritos. They taste just like the ones i get at prepared food section at whole foods... but much cheaper! the only changes I'd suggest would be to use half the cream cheese. They are plenty creamy with only half. I also used light cream chesse. Also, i suggest adding 1/2 cup corn (i used frozen). They freeze well too.

I make this recipe a lot because it's quick and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. I've been known to add some salsa to the mixture at the very end and I always season the beans with adobo seasoning.

After sitting in my recipe box for over a year, I finally made these! I did two things different: no cilantro (don't like it) and added just a little bit of cumin. The mixture was thicker then I expected but tasted really good. I will make these again and may add some chicken too.

Yum, yum. I added about a teaspoon of cumin, but otherwise left the recipe as stated. We added 'Mexican Rice I' to the tortillas and topped with cheddar cheese. We really enjoyed these burritos and I will definitely be making them again and again!
