I used canned diced tomatoes (drained) and shredded italian blend cheese since that's what I had on hand. I also seasoned the mixture with a little salt and pepper, italian seasoning, and garlic powder before I spread the sour cream mixture on top. Really tasty.

I enjoyed this but I would cook the onion and green pepper with the beef. They were too crunchy and strong and it seemed that we were eating raw onion. I also used reduced fat beef, sour cream, (reduced fat) olive oil mayonaise and 2% milk cheddar cheese. It was tasty.

I really enjoyed this recipe but my husband and my kids hated it.

Excellent! This has become a family dinner tradition. I don't change a thing to the main recipe and it comes out amazing every time!

I reduced the recipe in half and put it in an 8X8 pan. I had to increase the crust because it didn't look like enough. I added salsa and minced garlic to the beef and added garlic powder and chili powder to the sour cream mixture. A quick and easy recipe!

I made some changes and this turned out so yummy. Instead of fresh tomato or green pepper I added about 1/2 cup salsa and one can diced tomato with garlic, basil and oregano. I simmered all of this togethter with the onion and ground beef for about 15 min. I also added some dried chives and a little chili powder to the mayo and sour cream mixture.

This recipe was good and very forgiving. I dropped the onion mixture and didn't have enough to start over. It still tasted good. I used lowfat mayo and fat free sour cream and it turned out fine. It did take a lot of dishes-which is not my favorite thing!

Not only was this whipped up in a jiffy..it was so yummy! I did use a little more cheese than the recipe called for but other than that I followed the recipe. Thanks so much for sharing!

This was really really easy an VERY good. Although I did add a little cooking wine to the sour cream mixture to give it a little kick. And I added extra cheese on the top. But I will definetly make this again!
