Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1 large sweet onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

  1. Place the oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar, mustard and salt into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
