Recipe by Ski Mom
"I have made this recipe for my family for several years now and it never disappoints. My kids take it on ski trips to share with the team and everyone always loves it! They always want to know why our hummus is a dark brown color. It's the olives!
The recipe is equally great without the olives and/or feta. Wonderful with pita bread, chips, crackers, or veggies!"

2 (15 ounce) cans

crumbled feta cheese
sweet chili sauce
pitted kalamata olives
garlic, or more to taste
dried dill weed
water, or as needed
chopped fresh parsley, or as needed
olive oil, or to taste
This is a very delicious hummus! I was out of tahini and do not like feta so omitted those. I added sundried tomatoes to mine. Very tasty. My entire family enjoyed it. This is now my go-to hummus.
This hummus is definitely full of flavor! Realized after I made it that I'd forgotten the feta; when I make this recipe again I will add it. The only change I would make is to use one teaspoon of cumin; a little strong for my taste.
Absolutely worth all the ingredients. Slight sweet and salty twist on the traditional hummus flavor.
