4 (14 ounce) cans
black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
diced cooked ham
1 1/2 cups
chopped green bell pepper
1 (14.5 ounce) can
diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
Made this for New Years and it was delicious !! The only thing I changed was instead of can black eye peas I used 2 bags of frozen purple hull peas and increased the cook time by two hours ... Delicious will definitely be making these again !!
