We thought these were very tasty! I made these the day before and stored them in foil. When we were getting last minute items together for the big dinner, I popped them into the oven to heat. What a nice time-saver for a hectic Thanksgiving dinner. I'll probably always use this for this particular meal!

Mine did not turn out well. I reduced the recipe, so I suppose I could have missed a calculation. But they were dry and when I baked them the next day, they did not get crusty on top.

Almost but not quite the same flavor as make that same day taters, but not that different plus I enjoyed having one less thing to stress about on turkey day to make and to enjoy my guest. No complaints from the guests and they were devoured. I did add a bit of cream and butter right before baking based on other suggestions. Were nice and creamy!

I LOVED this recipe. It was a huge hit and disappeared quickly. I followed the instructions pretty much to the "T." I did not fluff them up on Thanksgiving Day. I just stuck them in the oven like it said and they were very very good.

Theses were not that great.. the cream cheese and sour cream seemed to overwhelm the flavor to me. My mashed potatoes are much better so I probably won't make these again.

Loved this potatoes, helped on Thanksgiving when I didn't have a lot of time in the morning to prepare. I added some chives and garlic salt and it was fabulous.

I have made this potato recipe several times and its always a big hit. I will be making again for Thanksgiving this year and the only addition I am going to try is to add garlic.

I added more butter because why not? I cooked them right after preparing them so I'm not sure if that changed the flavor but they were so good. I left the skins on the potatoes too - didn't seem to hurt them any. Will definately make again.
