Delicious garlic and fresh tomato sauce cover tender pork cutlets. Serve with crusty bread, a leafy salad, and maybe a side of buttered pasta with a little of the sauce on top. Terrific and fast.

Pork chops are served over a tangy tomato rice. This is a one-pot dish that my mother-in-law has made for years. It's very simple and extremely tasty. It can also be made ahead and frozen for the days when you don't want to cook.

This is something I just hacked together based on the desire for pork and apples. I made fresh taglitelle with durum semolina and eggs, but you can substitute pretty much any pasta you like, although I'd recommend the strand variety. The garlic is optional, as I don't think it added too much.

A quick, easy, and delicious way to serve pork! Marinated in a sauce of ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, chicken broth, and peanut butter; then simmered with stir-fried onions, cashews, and vegetables. Serve over a bed of chopped romaine or noodles.
