Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Set aside to drain and cool to room temperature.
  2. Spread the beans in the bottom of a large glass serving bowl. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of beans. Sprinkle beef on top of cheese. Spread Dannon All Natural very slowly on top of beef. Spread guacamole on top of Dannon All Natural. Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle black olives, tomatoes and green onions on top.
  3. You can serve this dish immediately, or refrigerate it overnight and serve cold.

I also used sour cream instead of the yogurt. I didn't have any beans on hand so I used Fritos bean dip. The recipe turned out amazing. Everyone at the party was asking for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

I used sour cream instead of yogurt and I made my own refried beans. Just take some pinto beans and some spices, then cook them in a slow cooker for several hours. I also add some of the grease from the cooked beef into beans when I mash them. Add taco seasoning to the beef for added flavor for both the meat and the beans.

Made this for a Thanksgiving appetizer and it was great! I used light sour cream instead of the yogurt and it was an instant hit!
