I didn't like the pizza portion of this dish because I felt it was too dry. However, the combination of flavors is to die for. I did a second apple pizza with butter and water in the crust as well as walnuts in the apple mixture and was also great.

I have been looking for this recipe for 10 years!!! My grandma made this type of apple pizza, only with a basting of egg whites and sugar instaed of an icing type glaze. I also like to add just a splash of OJ to my pizza crust.
