Wanted a simple side dish for a weeknight dinner and this was perfect. Used frozen corn instead of fresh, then followed the recipe as written.

Great as is, but I definitely think replacing the butter with bacon grease would be sinfully good. Hell, I bet a good powdering with parmesan cheese would kick some corn-butt too! I'll try that next time.

Easy. Delish. Healthy. Used frozen white corn and just a dash of olive oil and garlic to season the pan. Voila!

This was great! The only change I made was adding half a green pepper I needed to use up. My family devoured it and demanded more, even my onion-hating sister. I plan to make again soon as a side for Baked Teriyaki Chicken from this site, maybe with some bacon crumbled in.
