This was FANTASTIC! Simple ingredients, great taste. The second time that I made it I added a little red & green bell pepper for color and flavor and it was great that way, tool.

Yummy SIMPLE side dish! I had to use canned corn instead of the fresh (which I'm sure would be even better but more work).

Very simple and very good. I didn't feel like boiling corn on the cob and remembered seeing this recipe. My family liked it a lot.

This was so good and such a change from the norm. I used fresh corn, then added a small bit of green pepper, garlic salt and little chile powder.

Definitely a keeper! I used 2 ears of corn and 2 cups of frozen white corn (which is what I had on hand); other than that I followed the recipe exactly.

Good stuff. I forgot to follow the instructions exactly, and just dumped all of the ingredients in - with some diced tomato - and it's all good stuff. Saving some for lunch tomorrow.

So simple and so tasty. I make this for every bbq we have now and always end up printing extra copies of this recipe for guests. Perfect timing with wonderful Olathe sweet corn in season. Thank you!

I made this last night and it was delicious! The onions make this recipe so savory while the corn is super sweet! I used 2 ears of corn and half an onion for 3 people and it was just right!

This was very good! Often the simple things are, I find. I've never had fresh corn this way and I'm so glad I tried it. I used 2 tsps butter and 2 tsps olive oil to sautee and added garlic and a dash of chili powder. I can definitely see myself making this often. Thanks for a great recipe!
