I used regular broccoli and it was very good. I couldn't stop eating it right out of the oven. But once it cooled it wasn't nearly as good. A good cooks treat or instant snack...but wouldn't serve on plates at dinner

Very Easy! I put all spices into about 1/2 cup of light coconut milk and dipped the brocoflower before spreading them out on the pan. Also, I seemed to need a little more cooking time, about 1 hour. Overall, delicious and easy!

Very good! The only thing that is keeping it from being a 5 is that it came out a little soft for my taste. Everyone loved it hot, but didn't care for it much cold. I'm thinking about trying it with brussle sprouts...? Thanks for the post!
