Penne Pasta Salad

Julienne oranges and yellow peppers and red onion make this easy pasta salad beautiful. And the creamy dressing, spiked with mustard, parmesan and dill, makes it as delicious as it is comely. Serves twelve.

Cucumbers and olives are tossed with cubes of Monterey Jack cheese and salad seasoning to make the base for this easy pasta salad. Add cooked pasta and toss with Italian dressing. Chill before serving to let the flavors meld.

A trip through a farmer's market will yield all the fresh vegetables you need for this crunchy salad. Toss bits of broccoli, carrots, bell peppers and celery with morsels of Cheddar or mozzarella, add cooked pasta and pour on the dressing of your choice.

Combine Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with bacon bits, olives, green onions and cooked pasta. Toss with your favorite creamy ranch dressing and chill thoroughly before serving this festive and filling salad.

We don 't know what 's more terrific, what goes into this fabulous salad, or the dressing that goes on top. Both are noteworthy. The pasta is mated with chunks of ham, crisp grapes, green onion and cheese. The dressing is creamy and laced with dill. The combo works.

The chickpeas make the pasta nutty and crunchy and the Parmesan cheese stirred in just before chilling adds a wonderful creaminess. There are also peas, oil-cured olives, green onions and fresh herbs. Chill overnight. Serves six.
