I made this recipe only instead of grilling it I cooked it in the slow cooker. It turned out really good. My house smelled lovely too! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was becuase I found the chicken a little dry for my taste - but I may have left it in the slow cooker too long.

Tastes very good! I tripled the garlic powder and marinated the chicken breasts overnight. Mmmm...

We enjoyed this recipe, and I have made it several times (with no changes, which is amazing), you should marinate for the better part of a day. Served with grilled vegetables and my own blue cheese potato salad.

This was ok. Not bad, but not exceptional either. Basic marinade. My daughter thought it was a little to sweet. Thanks for sharing.

WOW! What a great recipe! My husband wanted curry chicken for dinner, but I didn't have coconut milk or special spices on hand. This recipe was so easy, simple and had the curry taste he was looking for. Used more curry and garlic powder per other suggestions on reviews. Will be making this again soon.

Really enjoyed this recipe - great flavor. I ended up having to bake the chicken breasts because it was raining. I left them in the marinade and baked them in the oven. Turned out very well. I'm going to use this mixture for chicken thighs next time - think it will be good. Thanks for sharing!

I thought it was fantastic! I added curry to mine, and upped the honey/lime and boiled the marinade to make a sauce. Def a keeper, I'm going to use the leftovers (if there are any) with some fat free sour cream for healthy chicken salad

This really was not one of my favorites, although it wasn't bad. I made it as written, though with a little bit more curry powder as others suggested. Plus, I used it on turkey rather than chicken. The high sugar content caused it to burn easily, so while there was a nice flavor there, it was mixed with a burnt sugar taste.

Very good recipe. Tried it based on the reviews. Like the others I added addition curry, giving it a hint more than it already had. Definitely will make this one again. Great marinade.

This recipe is a keeper. My whole family LOVED it. It is by far the best marinade for the grill we've ever tried!

I thought this was really good, but it was much like any base to a nice BBQ marinade. To make it more South Asian, I would increase the curry powder to 1 teaspoon, use a couple cloves of fresh garlic any mayble add 1/2 teaspoon tumeric or fresh ginger.

This recipe provides a unique, comforting meal. I spiced it up a bit by adding extra curry and garlic. Would definitely make again.
