A great mix of heat and sweet! Chicken skewers marinated and grilled to tender, juicy perfection. Enjoy with a peanut sauce, honey, or even plain!

Shelly's Meat Curry

This is a recipe dictated to me after much pestering from my best friend Shelly from Bangladesh who never writes anything down. The unique thing about THIS curry is that one day she accidentally used corned beef and it was FANTASTIC (you may use brisket beef or lamb instead), so I have adapted it to the recipe. Trust me, when you eat this beef curry you will never want to try another, it's THAT good!

Wonderful for entertaining, this high volume hummus recipe is made with chipotle pepper, roasted red peppers, and sun dried tomatoes. The Middle-Eastern-inspired dip is a beautiful color and has a smoky, bright flavor. Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.

Sweet and spicy rub for pork tenderloins. Just coat, let stand for 20 minutes and grill! Goes great with polenta or mashed yams.

The closest to my favorite satay served at my Thai restaurant. Prep is quick- best if left to marinade for a few hours or more. Skewer up for the grill or saute on the stove! I buy the chicken tenderloin strips which are already boned, skinned and a nice size piece without slicing to save time.

Curry Party Mix

Curry powder and golden currants boldly take this party mix where no party mix has gone before. This is an exciting twist to an old standby. Increase the amount of curry powder to taste!
