I made some changes so I can't really rate it a 5, but the core of the recipe stayed the same. I used 1 lb pre packaged pepper stir-fry for the veggies. For the tomatoes I used a can of diced tomatoes with zesty peppers. Other than that the recipe was the same, and it's probably the best stir-fry I have ever had.

I loved this dish!. I put mushrooms in it too, and I think when I make it next time, I will use less celery and more varities of vegtables.

I also found the sauce in this recipe a bit bland - despite doubling the curry. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the flavor that good curries do.

This was good and very simple. I doubled up on the curry as well.

I used the others idea and used double curry but I also added some shiitake mushrooms and a can of water chestnuts. But even so this was such a bland and boring dish. I was not a big fan at all. I might use the base again because the consistency was good and I used really good grade sirloin so that was good but other then that it was over all totally boring...

Very delicious! I substituted some snow peas for half of the green pepper. Next time I'll cook the beef a little longer also, since it was a little tough (probably because of the cut of meat I used).

I really enjoyed this! I added extra curry and used chicken instead of beef. The tomatoes were an excellent addition. Thanks for the recipe!

I really enjoyed the fresh tomato in this. I've never used tomato or ketchup in a stir-fry recipe, and I thought it gave the dish a very fresh, very different taste. I added at least another tbsp of curry, as we like our food spicy around here. I'm on a low-carb diet so I ate mine with a low-carb tortilla, and it was wonderful!
