Delicious and easy! We used chicken and reduced the tomatoes to only 2 and tripled the curry. Thanks for the recipe - my husband and I had a nice time cooking & eating together!

I enjoyed this recipe. It was a nice change from the regular teriyaki stir fry I usually make. I like the tomatoes and curry although I used can tomatoes and went with the veggies I had on hand. I also found it to be a little lacking in salt so I added salt and pepper. You could probably add extra soya sauce to help this as well. Thanks for the recipe.

This was great...I think next time I will use chicken. I didnt have the same exact veggies on hand so I used zuchinni, eggplant, onion, broccoli and mushroom and it tasted fantastic.

Pleasantly surprised with taste - will use better cut of meat next time. Curry was not overpowering as I thought it might be. 1 out of 3 of my young kids liked it, my husband and I liked it alot. Used canned diced tomatoes and left out the celry since we had none - added 1/2 tea celry salt to subsitute. Might cut meat and veggies smaller to eat easier

My family and I really liked this recipe! I used a package of stir-fry veggies instead of the pepper and celery. I might add a little more curry powder next time, though.

This was a fun recipe! After reading other reviews, I took the liberty of adding different veggies in my freezer, and it turned out great. The basis of this recipe is great, which leads to a quick, healthy, tasty meal.

This dish is WONDERFUL! My boyfriend absolutely loves it too! I left the beef to marinade for the day, and I also don't use nearly the amount of starch this recipe calls for because it makes the sauce a strange texture. I love curry, so I tablespoons of curry instead of just a teaspoon. But this recipe was a really great jumping off point. I think one other thing I'll add the next time is a little rice vinegar:-)

Delicious! Only thing is the 1 teaspoon of curry is really mild even for me who is a wuss for spice... I am going to double it next time. I also used fresh ginger which was very nice and a good splash of hoi sin sauce. I have an idea that 1/8 of chili powder might push this meal into a wow category. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious! Although, I altered it a little due to what I had in the freezer and my husband's tastes. I used flank steak instead of sirloin, doubled the soy sauce, tripled the garlic, replaced the green pepper with brocolli, replaced the water with beef broth, and used a tablespoon of hot curry powder. Wonderful! I plan on making it again, and am sure it would be just as good with chicken.

I made this recipe for the first time, taking into account some of the other comments. I added another 2tbl. spoons of Curry, 1 more tbl. spoon of both soy sauce and cornstarch. Flavour was awsome! Even my 7 year old liked it and she's going through a picky stage! Only problem for me was that the beef was chewy but that was probably my fault. Next time I will marinade the beef overnight. Thanks!

This was a great stir fry. Lots of flavor. Next time I think I will add fresh ginger instead of powder and a bit more garlic and curry powder. Great easy fast dinner.

We absolutely loved this recipe, and it is simple to put together. My children even liked it, and for them to all agree, is quite the accomplishment! We did not double the curry, but still tasted it. Next time we will try doubling it, but even if just trying it for the first time.. you don't need to. !

I made some changes so I can't really rate it a 5, but the core of the recipe stayed the same. I used 1 lb pre packaged pepper stir-fry for the veggies. For the tomatoes I used a can of diced tomatoes with zesty peppers. Other than that the recipe was the same, and it's probably the best stir-fry I have ever had.

I also found the sauce in this recipe a bit bland - despite doubling the curry. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the flavor that good curries do.

I used the others idea and used double curry but I also added some shiitake mushrooms and a can of water chestnuts. But even so this was such a bland and boring dish. I was not a big fan at all. I might use the base again because the consistency was good and I used really good grade sirloin so that was good but other then that it was over all totally boring...
