This was a quick and easy recipe. I used coconut milk instead of regular milk and added a few drops of fish sauce and for colour I added chopped carrots and red pepper.

This is a great base recipe for a turkey curry sauce! I switched out the onions and apples for peas, carrots & garlic, but otherwise followed to the letter. Easy recipe too. My only complaint is that it was way too salty. I'm not sure if this was because of the two bouillon cubes, plus added salt? I did add more curry powder and milk to try to offset this. Even with approx 1 cup more milk, it was still nice and thick. Served it with couscous. Yum! Thanks!

This was a very quick dish to make and a great way to use up left over Turkey. I used massaman curry paste in place of the curry powder and added less then what it called for and then added more to adjust for our taste. My 6 year old had 2 helpings! Will make this again using chicken.

Next time I will sub the apples with pineapple. Used gala, so don't know if a different apple would have been more flavorful. Gala was flavorless! I think pineapple would have hit the spot! Definitely enough curry. Smells so good!!

Not mind blowing, but a good way to use up extra turkey. I found the mix too colourless so I tossed in some red peppers, snow peas and celery for colour. I tried something similar with pork once, the apples and onions go better with the pork than turkey.

This recipe is one of my favorites. Very easy, extremely delicious. Great way to use leftover turkey. My fiance was getting sick of having leftover turkey sandwiches dinner for the last two days!! He really enjoyed this dish!!

We liked this recipe and appreciated that the curry flavor was not too strong so our kids could also enjoy it. I experimented with this a little and added shredded carrots and raisins at the end with the turkey and I liked that a lot. This was a great, different way to use up our leftover turkey. Thanks!

It was pretty good, but a little on the bland side. Maybe I'll use more curry next time, or possibly experiment with coconut milk. It was a good way to use up my extra turkey and apples, though! Thanks!
