SUBMITTED BY:
Evelyn Gunn
"With a tossed green salad and some fresh hot rolls, this dish makes an easy delicious meal! You'll like how the apple and curry flavors accent the meal. Here's another bonus - it's a good way to use up leftover turkey from holiday dinners."

We liked this recipe and appreciated that the curry flavor was not too strong so our kids could also enjoy it. I experimented with this a little and added shredded carrots and raisins at the end with the turkey and I liked that a lot. This was a great, different way to use up our leftover turkey. Thanks!

It was pretty good, but a little on the bland side. Maybe I'll use more curry next time, or possibly experiment with coconut milk. It was a good way to use up my extra turkey and apples, though! Thanks!

Next time I will sub the apples with pineapple. Used gala, so don't know if a different apple would have been more flavorful. Gala was flavorless! I think pineapple would have hit the spot! Definitely enough curry. Smells so good!!

Not mind blowing, but a good way to use up extra turkey. I found the mix too colourless so I tossed in some red peppers, snow peas and celery for colour. I tried something similar with pork once, the apples and onions go better with the pork than turkey.
