This soup was so easy, and made with things that I always have on hand. My boyfriend, who is not a soup fan, said he would eat this every night. I replaced the 1/2 cup of water and chicken boullion with 3/4 cup of low sodium chicken stock. I also did not add the lemon juice at the end because the soup tasted to wonderful that I couldn't imagine it could be improved by adding anything! It is the perfect blend of salty, spicey, creamy and sweet. Sure to please the whole family.
