Easy to prepare but the chicken tasted good. I reduced the amount of butter to make it healthier.

We loved this. I used chicken thighs with bone and skin and marinated it for about 2 hours before baking. I did chicken out only used half the cayenne as I had a spicy curry seasoning. I also used half butter and half olive oil and instead of honey used Splenda for diabetic reasons.

We did not like this at all... I prefer "Baked Honey Mustard Chicken" from this website. (I left out the butter... did not need it)

I forgot that it needed marinating time on the day I made this (oops!), but it still turned out pretty good. There were parts where the marinade was too thick and kind of chalky but I think that was from having no marinating time. We will try it again for sure :)

marinated for over 4 hours but marinade did not tenderize chicken enough for me...small amount of sauce was good but I have tasted better so will not make it again

Just great! Also cut down the butter to half. Used skinless boneless chicken once and chicken with bone in and skin the second time. Must say that the bone-in chicken was moister and juicier. Thank you for sharing and God bless!

good recipe - the curry balanced nicely with the honey mustard. I only marinated the chicken in the sauce for about 2 hours, rather then the recommended 4, and it still had loads of flavor.

I made this just last night & both my and my guy FELL IN LOVE with it. I cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces and I actually didn't marinade it for more than maybe an hour. It STILL tasted fantastic! The only thing I may change in the future is adding some cornstarch to thicken the sauce up. Other than that, this dish was the tastiest I've made in a long time & I'll most definitely be making this one again! In fact, I may make it in just a few days!

This recipe is good, but we found it a bit too strong. I recommend the recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken on this site - it also has curry, but balances flavors better.

Tasted really good. However a little bit too sweet. I personally liked it but there were people in my family who would have liked it less sweet.

Very nice! I actually forgot to do prep for the dish so I ended up just stirring together the honey, mustard, curry powder and then just drizzled about 2 TBL of olive oil into it. I flipped the chicken over several time to make sure they were coated and popped the whole thing in the oven. Total time from start to finish was only 30 minutes and it tasted great...I can't imagine how much more depth the flavors will have when I remember to marinade it first! Thanks!

these came out really good. i love curry, my room mate hates it. she didnt notice the curry until she was done eating, and asked if there was curry in it. it was a pretty good dish, came out really nice, but its probably not something i'd make again based on taste. i would make it for someone who wanted to eat some chicken and wanted to try something new. probably a recipe i'd make a few times a year. 4 stars.

Delicious! I didn't have time to marinate so I just mixed it up, slapped it on some bone-in skin-on chicken and baked it for about an hour. I reduced the amount of butter since my chicken had the skin on and added salt, pepper and garlic powder. So easy and so yummy! I baked the chicken covered with foil for the first 20 mins then uncovered for another 40. It stayed juicy though I would have liked the skin to be a little more crispy. Maybe next time less time under the foil. Definitely a keeper! Easy go-to recipe!

5 stars as long as you omit the butter.

This is so good. I’m only giving it four stars because I don’t think it’s "the best" I’ve ever had. But the chicken was nice and tender, very juicy. The sauce was great too, but don’t use all the butter it calls for…I also added a dash of nutmeg. Very nice

My friends love this chicken. I added frozen stir-fry veggies and it made a very good meal. I thought there would be more of a honey mustard taste but the curry is the most prevalent.
