I used oil in place of butter, and decreased it to 3 T. I butterflied the breasts, then marinated then grilled. these were satisfactory. I love curry, but this was nothing to write home about. They were healthy, standard fare but not exciting.

I substituted the chicken for a package of extra firm tofu (cut in bite size pieces). Make sure to still marinate; however, rather than baking it in the oven I stir fryed it in a pan for a few minutes until seared and golden on each side. Threw in some asian veggies! Awesome, quick/easy/delicious!

This was really easy to make.I put all the ingredients in a baggie. Let it sit for a couple of hours. I had to cook it another 10mins. Wasn't cooked all the way. Had a really nice flavor.

Great flavor! The chicken was very moist. I didn't have time to marinate and it was still great.

The first time I made this recipe I didn't care for it. I attempted it again and it was wonderful!! Made it when we had guests over(what was I thinking, since I didn't like the first time)It is always requested for dinner now. SO simply and fast. I did make one change that some may like to try. I used the Jack Daniels hickory smoke mustard. It gives a wonderful flavor. THANKS!!

This is one of those dishes that I would give more than 5 stars if possible. So easy to make and I had all the ingredients on hand. The only thing I changed was adding less butter, probably 2 Tbsp, then completed with olive oil and it was just perfect. I also would recommend to marinate the chicken and refrigerate overnight to give more flavor. Served with basmati rice and steamed green beans.

I'm not usually a big fan of honey mustard anything...but I do love curry, so I decided to give it a try. What a find! So quick, easy and delicious - my chicken turned out moist and tender (even tho I did increase the cooking time by 10 minutes afer checking and seeing pink) and the flavor reminded me of the chicken curry dishes found in Chinese restaurants. Served it over jasmine rice and peas. This is definately a keeper!

Tasty and easy. My husband said he would like again. We cooked all the sauce with the chicken and served it over rice. I mixed the left over rice, chicken and sauce with a little mayo and put it on bread with mixed greens and cheese. Made a pretty good sandwich.

Love the recipe, I dunno why but I tried to post a review for this recipe and it didn't show up. Anyways I love it but I will reduce the honey and leave the rest so the chicken ain't so sweet but other then that I LOVE IT , good with some rice and veggie.

This is a great recipe! I made it using 2 Tbsp of olive oil in place of the butter and marinated cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts for about 4 hours. I then baked the chicken for half an hour in the oven. The chicken was well flavored and my kids loved it. Next time I will decrease the honey and up the curry and cayenne a bit to let a little more warmth cut through the sweetness. This paired beautifully with jasmine rice. Yummmmm!

This is delicious and really easy, but I will cook this in the oven next time instead of grilling. I used 2 tbs. olive oil spread instead of the butter with great results.

I really enjoyed this unique, slightly spicy flavor, hot out of the oven. My husband, however, was not wowed by it until he had leftovers for lunch the next day. Good stuff - I will make it again.

My husband very much enjoyed this recipe, however I was slightly disappointed with the overall flavor. I let the chicken marinade overnight, and perhaps that made the flavor too strong. Will try again, esp since he has requested again.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I ended up using a tad bit less butter, cutting up the chicken into bite-sized pieces and serving it over rice. I also doubled the sauce and that made for a really nice sauce to put over the rice. VERY yummy!
