YUM. I made this with boneless, dark meat, which is what I had on hand, and my husband and I ate it all up! I will definitely be making this again. Also, if you're an onion fan like us, I recommend cutting up an onion and marinading it along with the chicken, too.

Incredible flavor and SO EASY! I ran out of Curry powder and used Garam Masala in it's place, and will probably make it that way again. I doubled all of the sauce ingrd's so we'd have enough to serve over rice, but didn't double the butter.

This was a good easy recipe. It was user friendly because it only contained ingrediants that I normally have on hand. I made no changes to the recipe. Served it with rice and sweet baby peas, easy and quick, and good.

Will be making this again! I used chicken and tofu and baked together. It did need a double recipe of sauce. Next time I will cut back on the butter as I felt guilty about eating it for that reason. Served with Easy Masoor Daal also on this site, peas and rice.

Awesome flavor! I didn't have cayenne on hand so I used paprika instead... and it turned out great!

My husband and daughter both said this was 5 stars. It is easy to put together and smells great when cooking. It did take slightly longer than 20 minutes to cook, but that is probably due to the thickness of the chicken breasts I used. thanks!

My husband is a picky eater and I thought he wouldn't care for it... but HE LOVED IT. The blend of flavors is perfect. We both polished off every last bite. I will definately make this one again. It's a keeper!! Thank you!

I cooked this for my boyfriend and his friends and they absolutely loved it! All I had were drumsticks so I used those instead of chicken breast. I only used 1/3 of the butter called for and subbed olive oil for the rest. I had extra sauce (because I tripled the amount based on all of the chicken I had) and used it to marinate a salmon filet. I let it marinade for the same amount as the chicken, about 4 hours, and then baked it uncovered. It was DELCIOUS! Who would have thought curried honey mustard salmon?

A delicious blend of flavours. Will definitely cook again. I only used 2 tablespoons of butter, and substituted the rest for olive oil. I added 10 minutes to the cooking time and it turned out great. The husband loved it!

I decide how good the meal is I cook each night by if my husband carries leftovers to work... he didn't hesitate to take this (: I followed the recipe pretty much exactly except I did not measure everything out; I just kinda guessed. I did season my chicken with season salt, added black pepper on top of everything, used some butter and some olive oil, and used a jalepeno pepper instead. The meal was still delicious! Will definately make again!!!

Really really great! We've grilled chicken and pork using this recipe. Also people in my family who normally HATE curry actually ate this without complaint :)

This was outstanding! I subbed 2 tblsp olive oil for the butter. Used about 1/6 cup honey (filled it to the 1/3 mark on the measuring cup with water). Marinated it for 9 hours. Took the covered pan from the fridge and into the oven. I used chicken breast cutlets, so the cooking time on the recipe was close (I added an additional 5 minutes). I served it with Orzo Delicioso (recipe from this site), and had happy campers all around!

I thought this marinade was great. I only soaked the chicken for about an hour before putting it on the grill and the flavor was still excellent.

Excellent recipe. Easy to put together and cook. Could do with less butter, but overall a definite crowd pleaser. The chicken comes out very, very tender!

This is the best curry I've had, ever. I cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces (makes it more flavorful). I also doubled the recipe. I added a teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and a sprinkling of ground coriander. This is a family favorite-it's been requested for the second time this week! Thanks!

Excellent!!!!!! This is a keeper. I followed everyone's suggestion and used some olive oil in place of the butter and doubled the recipe so we could put it on the rice; did not have any cayenne pepper but it was delicious without it and still had a nice "kick"

This is the first time I have ever had anything with curry. I would not make it again, the leftovers sat in the fridge until I begged my bf to eat them. I couldn't stomach it again myself. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is the benefit of the doubt that if I liked curry this would be a good recipe... maybe??
