12 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half lengthwise
1/2 cup drained Dannon® Oikos Greek Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon green onion, minced
2 tablespoons celery, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Not so great. Very bland, even after adding salt and mayo. Also, make sure you REALLY like curry before making this. I was imagining a hint of curry, but no. Way curry-ish.
its a simple recipe that everyone can do plus very yummy!!

I love curry and my husband hates mayo, so I thought I'd give this recipe a try. The filling was dry and bland. Next time, I would not drain the yogurt. And I would boost the salt a bit. Be sure to serve with a bottle of hot sauce nearby because this recipe needs some extra zip.
