I served these at a cocktail party and everyone raved about how wonderful they were.
After reading the tip in another review about ensuring that the dough is chilled prior to cutting, I decided to mix the topping first and then open and cut the dough straight from the fridge... worked like a charm.
Normally I "tweak" recipes, but this one I will make again and again exactly as submitted. These little triangles are very flavorful, easy to handle, and look as good as they taste. Perfect party fare.
