Fantastic recipe but I left out the pineapple - it dilutes the mayo and produces a runny salad. I served fresh pineapple slices on the side - yummy!

The dressing for this is fantastic, didn't change a thing. I used white wine vinegar cause that's what I had and ReaLemon. I didn't really use the recipe for the actual chicken salad, cause hey--it's chicken salad. Although I've never tried pineapple in it, so that was new and yummy. Also threw in some frozen cranberries, carrots, etc.

Really good. I used lite mayo, and I think I added too much lemon juice, because my dressing was just a little soupy. I put the almonds on individual portions just before eating, because I didn't want them to get soggy.

I was in the mood for curry chicken and wanted to try a new recipe. Chose this one since I had the ingredients for the dressing on hand. Did not have an apple or grapes so I threw in a very large handful of Sunsweet's Antioxidant blend of blueberries, cherries, cranberries and plums to substitute. This was delicious - must say that pinneapple and curry go great together!!! The prior reviewer said she lowered the amount of soy sauce so I did that also thinking I could add more if necessary. I did not have to add any more. Thanks reviewer and submitter!

I made this recipe twice, the first time following it exactly. My only complaint was a little too much soy sauce but other than that it was great, everyone loved it. I made it again and cut the soy sauce in half which I liked a little better. I also addeed a little(1/4 tsp) cayenne just for a little kick, if you like that sorta thing.
