I thought they were pretty yummy, I liked the strong vinegary taste, but that's just me The only problem I had was the 'dressing' was really runny. it might have been that my measurements were off, but I really enjoyed the flavors, and ate the whole bowl, even though they WERE strong.

My cucumbers came out creamy and refreshing. Really delicious. This made more than enough dressing so I would suggest making it separately and then adding just enough to the cucumbers. Leftover sauce is great for dipping other vegetables. Using rice wine vinegar gave my second batch more zip. I also successfully swapped out the sugar for 1/8C splenda.

This was good and easy. I added some dill then after letting the flavors mix, added some more dill. I made it both ways and liked it better with the dill.

I love this! I used mayo made with olive oil and Truvia in place of the sugar. I think it will be fun to experiment a little by using other spices (I have a garlic dill seasoning mix that I think would be yummy) or maybe even try plain Greek yogurt in place of the mayo. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great summer salad! I substituted the mayo with 1/2c miracle whip and 1/2c sour cream. I also salted my cucumbers and sliced onion and let them soak for a couple hours, and then rinsed them before adding to the sauce. Delicious!
