as is 4 stars...and i added some things which i think makes it 5 stars (and clears the platter every time i bring it to parties!). add the pre-mix dressing slowly to the cream cheese. i only used half. add freshly cut scallions (thinly sliced) and parsley. add 1 tablespoon mayo to thin the mixture. let sit overnight if possible. put bread in freezer for 30 min - 1 hr in order to be able to cut into shapes (i do circles via biscuit cutter). assemble, shake a layer of lemon pepper before placing top bread layer. then sprinkle with fresh parsley. so awesome! yummy and gorgeous.

Very good flavor. East to make. Experiment with different breads to find the one you like.

I used one package of Italian dressing not the Ranch. I also got the small Rye party bread, I normally dont like Rye bread but all together it works GREAT!! To finish the look I sprinkle dill weed on the top of the Sammie...They are always the fist to go at parties!

This wasn't what I was expecting, but being 7 months pregnant might mean my tastes are a bit off. But I've been craving anything cucumber and this definitely hit the spot! Plus it took less than 5 minutes to put together. Doesn't get any easier.

What a great, fast recipe! I cut these into small triangles and served them at a girl's gathering. They were a huge hit and they were all gone by the end! I made them as directed and also sprinkled a bit of dillweed on top. Be careful when adding your ranch dressing mix as some of the store bought packets are very salty. Instead, add it in slowly and keep tasting. Next time I am going to try cutting out shapes with the bread using a cookie cutter to make the presentation a bit fancier.
