I'm not sure why everyone loves this. I have always made something similar with pickles instead of cucumbers and I like it much better. I made it for a party and it got bypassed in favor of the other appetizers.

great recipe if you want to do something different with all the cukes you grow or get from neighbors. One friend uses pickle spears in the middle instead.

Very delicious. Be sure to pat dry each piece of ham, and also each cucumber slice so it doesn't get too watery. I just used a clean paper towel to do this and it turned out great. It made the cream cheese mix easier to spread as well.

These are awesome, fast, and EASY! I made them the night before and the ones on the bottom got watery. I will make them the day of next time.

I thought these were really good. The cream cheese mixture is very tasty. However, not everyone liked them as much and I had leftovers after I served them at a baby shower.

These are quick, easy, and excellent! The only advice I have to someone who might make this recipe is to not make more than you need. They get soggy after a day or so. But so yummy!
