1 1/2 cups
salt to taste
So easy and delish! Wonderful side served with any spicy Indian dish.
Easy to make, good to eat!I increased the amounts of vegetables for this!
Excellent taste and easy to make! I used a little garlic salt in addition to the salt. Made the Raita to accompany the Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce also on this site (and also 5 stars) and Trader Joe's Naan. An outstanding meal!
1 and 1/2 cups of yogurt make this seemingly enticing dish a conglomeration of mush of yogurt with some hints of carrots and cucumbers. If I ever try it again I'll halve the yogurt.
