an excellent dish, to quote my husband. I used plain bread crumbs in place of crackers and doubled the sauce which I served over angel hair pasta and added a Caesar salad. I will definitely make this again.

I loved this! I didn't have saltines so i used bread crumbs. Turned out fabulous! It's a perfect combination of everything and very very tender. Something very different. Economical too! Cube steak is my new thing!!!!

My husband thought it was going to be horrible. But I made it anyway... He just asked for it again. I am going to change a couple things. I have lots of spag. sauce on hand going to use that instead of the homemade sauce so we can serve with noodles. Very Good!!

This recipe was excellent! I served it over angel hair pasta, with a green salad. I had to make some extra sauce for my husband and I used Parmesan and Romano cheeses because that's what I had available. Simply delicious!

Very good, will definitely make again. Used jarred spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce w/seasoning. Great use of cube steak, they came out very tender! My husband loved it!

I tried this recipe last night and it turned out pretty good. Not enough sauce for our taste..must double or triple if you have it with spaghetti. I have been requested to make this again!

I absolutely love this recipe--we have it for dinner quite often. I use shredded mozzarella instead of the slices, though.
