I found the amounts of flour, eggs etc to be too skimpy, and had to add more. I really like this but had mixed revies from my picky kids. This reminds me of a Subway meatball sub, so that's how I intend to use the leftovers

I made this recipe using venison and using fine bread crumbs (instead of ritz crackers). It came out great! I was a little hesitant due to the fact that I've only had chicken parmigiana and wasn't quite sure what a red meat would taste like! I used jarred sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

I have prepared cube steak in many different ways and it is always tough to chew. This is the first time I have really enjoyed the taste and texture of cube steak.

Very easy to make. I used bread crumbs instead of crackers and doubled the sauce after reading other reveiws. I grilled the steak after coating it, instead of frying it, which gave it a nice golden colour. Also baked it for 15minutes after putting sauce and cheese on so cheese was nicely golden and sauce heated through properly.

I made this exactly according to the recipe, it was awful. We had some left over and even my husband who'll eat most anything, wouldn't eat it. I was very bland and the sauce did not compliment the meat flavors at all.

an excellent dish, to quote my husband. I used plain bread crumbs in place of crackers and doubled the sauce which I served over angel hair pasta and added a Caesar salad. I will definitely make this again.

I loved this! I didn't have saltines so i used bread crumbs. Turned out fabulous! It's a perfect combination of everything and very very tender. Something very different. Economical too! Cube steak is my new thing!!!!

My husband thought it was going to be horrible. But I made it anyway... He just asked for it again. I am going to change a couple things. I have lots of spag. sauce on hand going to use that instead of the homemade sauce so we can serve with noodles. Very Good!!
