I have never used cube steak and for my first time I used this recipe. The only adaptation I made was using a jar of spaghetti sauce and I added more mozzarella because we love it. The dish turned out beautiful and delicious. I served it over egg noodles with a tossed salad. It was a great meal!

Followed the directions to a "T" and it tasted wonderful. I did not expect to be able to rate this a 5, but the taste surprised me. Will make again!

We loved this meal! I didn't have saltines so I substituted for garlic flavored crackers and it was so tasty! My fear of tough cube steak has been overcome!

Recipe was ok. Hubby seemed to like it more than me. The cube steak had a weird texture for me when paired with pasta.

Really liked this recipe. The measurements on the flour and the crackers where a little bit off though. I had to add more of both. Overall this was very filling. I also severed it on a bed of seasoned white rice. Oh, and I also used 2 slices of mozzarella on each steak. Will make this again.

This turned out very tough...I don't knwo if it's the cut of meat or the cooking method, but my kids did not like it. I also was extremely salty. I may use the coating for another recipe because it was fairly good and the reason I am rating this 3 stars and not less.

I thought this recipe was great. I followed the exact recipe. I did have to cook the steaks for about 15 minutes longer because they were thick. I will be making this again.

If you and your family enjoys cube steak this is delicious. I loved it and gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately my husband and daughter do not like cube steak. It was a waste of time fixing it for them. Of course, there was more for me!

This was a good recipe. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm not a huge fan of cube steak. It's a little tough, and I think next time I might try a little different cut of meat. The recipe was great, and it smelled really good when cooking. Thanks for the idea.

my husband liked this so much he ate it the next morning although it sat out all night. i used top round steak and should have pounded it out so it was tender. cube steak would be preferred.

I too used jarred sauce. This was GREAT. Very easy and very good. My one suggestion is that if you use thick steaks, to make sure they are cooked through. Some mine needed some additional time.

Cubed steak is cubed steak. It's cheap for a reason. This recipe does a good job of hiding that fact. I had trouble with the frying part. The parmesan cheese stuck to the pan, and pulled off most of the "breading". This was more of a cooking error on my part, however. Overall, very tasty...but a bit of work for just cubed steak.

I tweeked this recipe a little bit..... I used italian style bread crumbs, and my favorite jarred sauce. That is the only thing I changed. This is a delicious change of pace for dinner. I always wondered what to do w/ cube steak :) I will make it again for sure

I thought this recipe was really, really good. Mine turned out a little too salty becuase I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder!

My family loved it, even my 4 year old said "Yummy Mommy". My husband is not a fan of tomato sauce, so I left it off his piece of cube steak and he said it wasn't dry at all. Definately one of our favorites.

This was not a hit at our house tonight. I followed other reviewers suggestions and baked, covered with foil, for an hour, but the meat was still not tender and the flavor was not great. I was asked not to make this again. Sorry..
