I received this recipe from a friend when I was a newlywed. Now my family of six loves it so much I have to double the recipe! I like to serve it with pasta, a tossed salad and homemade bread.

Cubed steak is dredged in a mix of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, then browned in a skillet, and simmered with spaghetti sauce. Serve over pasta with additional cheese.

A simple-to-make recipe that's also inexpensive! Makes the house smell wonderful as it cooks, and tastes great on those chilly fall nights. We typically serve this over cooked egg noodles with a tossed green salad, but it would be nice over rice, as well. Enjoy!
