I tried this for my book club meeting. It was OK but too greasy for me. Next time I'll saute the onions in vegetable spray instead of 1 tbls of oil.

Really liked this- I think I liked it even better the next day after all the flavors blended. I used swiss cheese and it was super.

I cooked it with 3egg whites and 2 w/yolk, added 1 cup munester and 1 cup feta, great taste but was flat. It needed the 5 yolks to make it more like a quiche. My version makes it a great appy w/tooth-picks.

My whole family loved this. I had to get the Muenster cheese at the deli by weight, and guesstimated a pound. Turned out that 3 cups shredded and lightly packed was around 10 oz. I kept the onions tender-crisp, and put the filling into a pre-baked pie crust. It was fabulous, and we loved biting into the crispy onions.

For some reason, I don't have a pie pan, so at the suggestion of another user, I made these in muffin tins. It filled 12 muffin tins perfectly. This is a terrific recipe and sets up very nicely, although I definitely think it's too spinach-y and I love spinach, so it's not that. I had to use Monterey Jack cheese instead of Muenster (which is obviously more mild) because I couldn't find shredded muenster anywhere and shredding it myself seemed difficult since it's so soft. In retrospect, I should have used the muenster, but I would have used 2 cups rather than three. Next time I'm adding bacon and decreasing the spinach content just a bit.

This was great---I added the crust to this recipe (I know it's the unhealthy part!!) So simple and easy. Cut back on spinach and replaced cheese with Colby and Parmesan (next time I will use a white cheese) Husband loved it!

This is excellent. I did make it a bit healthier by only using 1 egg and substituted egg whites to make up the difference of the remaining 4 eggs. Also used only 2 cups of cheese and added mushrooms. I will definitely make this again.

This is of course really tasty, but it's also very high in fat. Quiche is usually high in fat (since it's mostly eggs and cheese), but I was looking for one with lots of veggies and no crust to lower the fat/calorie content. This one isn't that great as such, but does taste very good. I recommend replacing some of the cheese with sour cream or lower fat cream cheese to lighten it up a bit.

I really enjoyed this. To make it healthier, I decreased the amount of cheese to one cup. To keep it a protein packed meal, I added about a half cup of diced deli ham, and one cup of cottage cheese. It turned ot great!

Easy, quick, and good. This is my kind of recipe. I added mushrooms, red and orange peppers, and used 3 cups of various cheeses. I was pleased with how it looked and tasted. I will be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.

This turned out to be a very good recipe. I made a few changes to accomodate my personal tastes but the recipe is good as is. I added mushrooms to the spinach and onions. I used a combination of mozzarella, colby jack, and cottage cheese. To the eggs I added a few drops of Frank's hot sauce and 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard. I placed the mixture in 5 individual ramekins and sprinkled crumbled bacon on top. I then baked for the time and temperature the recipe called for. This was very good.

This is a keeper! The muenster cheese is great! Provolone works well also. But I always add a bit of cayenne pepper and garlic powder. The whole family loved it!

This is one of my favorite recipes when we have weekend guests. I use whatever cheese we have on hand, and substitute fresh spinach for frozen in the summer. It's always great, and guests always rave.

So yummy. Used about half the onion and only 2 c. of a mexican blend shredded cheese. I also sauteed fresh garlic with the onion. Made in muffin pan and had exactly 12 perfect quiche's!

I used Jack cheese instead of munster for a more mild flavor and added 5 crimini mushrooms. Very yummy!
