Only made a change of cheese - used half cheddar and half Italian blend. My family loved this - the 1 yr old and almost 3 yr old cleaned their plates and wanted seconds! Also adding this to our Lenten rotation next year!

VERY GOOD QUICHE!!! I added some tomatoes on top. Also, half the quiche I put in a preformed muffin pan and a anothe in a circle pan with a Ritz cracker crust. Both of them were great!!!

Pretty good, though I don't really eat eggs. I sauteed half an onion in two tablespoons of butter and added about half a box of the defrosted frozen spinach (make sure you drain it). After it cooled, I added the mixture to the eggs with a touch of cream and yellow American cheese. I garnished the dish with cherry tomatoes and a little Parmesan cheese.

Yummy :) I made small quiches. Used a muffin pan :) These are good when they are right out of the oven and when they are cold. :) These could be used as a wonderful snack. I did change it a bit when I made it. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen (fried it), then i also used sweet onions which gave the quiche a sweet taste i also placed a slice of tomato on top. Really good :))

Very good. Made in 10 inch pie plate. I used fresh spinach - sauted in pan with a little butter with some mushrooms and onion. My husband and I enjoyed, daughter did too.

This was fantastic! I added some homemade roasted red peppers (about 6 strips) and used fresh spinach. My husband who doesn't even like spinach said it was great! Thanks!

Yum! This was truly fantastic! My mother suggested to make it with less cheese and sub some skim milk next time to reduce fat. I will try it and see.

I made this one just like the recipe. I was wonderful. I also made it again and added another egg like others suggested. I like it both ways. My family also. I do think it is wise to add another egg, esp. If you are going to add other items.

We used sharp cheddar cheese rather than muenster, and cut it back to 2 cups. Also added 1/2 tsp of diced garlic with the onion, and put thin slices of tomatoes on top. A new family favorite!

I made this more for my boyfriend than for me since I'm really not into quiche. But I tried it and loved it just as much as he did! I did make a few small changes to make it a bit healthier... I used only 1 1/2 cups of reduced fat feta cheese and I used a little more spinach (I used canned, not frozen). I also added a little scallion. It was delicious!! This is my new favorite on the go breakfast!!

excellent recipe! used soya mozzerella instead for a wheat, dairy free quiche. would probably add another egg or two since i felt like there was a lot of spinach.

This is probably one of my favorite foods. I could eat it every day and not get tired of it! The only changes I make are using fresh spinach (melt the butter in the skillet, cook the onions in the butter, add 10 ounces fresh spinach until wilted; let cool slightly and chop with a knife on a cutting board) and using whatever cheese I have on hand (usually cheddar; I've actually never tried it with Muenster cheese). I've also mixed in fresh, firm, diced tomatoes and it's good. This is a spring/summer standby in our house; even two out of my three kids love it.

This quickly became a family favorite. I like it better with a crust, but that is just personal preference. I used some of the earlier suggestions - nutmeg (1/8 tsp), flour (2 1/2 tbsp), garlic salt (1/8 tsp). I used sharp cheddar (2 cups) and parmesan (1 cup)I also garnished with tomatoes sliced and placed in a rosette on top - the tomatoes taste good cold on the hot quiche. This is a great recipe. THANKS!

This came out really good!! I followed the directions as stated but added one shredded carrot, one yellow bell pepper, and one chopped and seeded tomato and used cheddar instead of muenster. It was hit with my kiddos and I will be making this again!!
