If I had looked at the reviews a little bit more closely I would've left the feta out as well. It was way... too cheesy. I think eliminating the feta will help a lot!

the recipe was good, but it had way to much cheese in it for my husband. I am going to remake leaving out the feta.

Very, very good! I added some chopped ham, fresh cooked broccoli, and a 5 cheese low fat blend because I didn't have just cheddar. Turned out great. I froze 4 pieces and then sealed them with my foodsaver for a quick breakfast or even lunch.

This quiche was delicious! I used 100% liquid egg whites and fat free cottage cheese (the feta and cheddar I used were reduced fat). It came out of the oven firm, yet tender enough to cut with a fork. I also made a whole wheat crust using 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/4 cup whipped non-hydrogenated canola oil spread, and a little water. This crust was tender and complemented the quiche well.
