To keep this parve, I used tofuti cream cheese. I used about 4 tbs. of low fat mayo to lightten up the dense cream cheese. I mixed the cream cheese and the mayo in the food processor. Then I removed that and chopped all the vegetables in the food processor. i made sure the vegetables were not too finely chopped - so there would be some texture in the dip. I really like how the vegetable speckles look in the dip!
