I added garlic , dill weed and diced red peppers to this recipe. I omitted the onions because I can't eat them, but added onion powder. After tasting it, I wanted to eat the whole bowl right then! It's delicious.

Great recipe! I only had 1/2 a package of cream cheese and no green onions so I made some adjustments to the recipe to reflect what I had on hand. I added 1/2 a cup of sour cream to the 4 oz. of cream cheese. I also added 1 clove of garlic which gave it the kick I was looking for. I dipped pretzels but I can see where bread or crackers would be just as scrumptious. All in all, awesome recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent alternative to your average sour cream dip. I would however suggest using white pepper instead of black just so all the specks don't show up. I used red, orange and yellow bell peppers, green onions and the scallion ends, carrots and celery. The recipe made way more than I anticipated. I would cut it in half next time. I even had a crowd of about 20 people.

Quick and easy and with the veggies it's also nutritious! The lemon juice gives it a nice twang - I thinned it out a bit with 2 T sour cream to make it easier to dip.
